I'm integrated Paypal with my form - does that only allow me 10 payments a month

I"m using Paypal to collect fees for a league... does that only allow me 10 payments I can receive? do I need to upgrade?

For free plan users, yes the limit is 10 payment submissions per month. As I checked, you already upgraded to the next level, Bronze, and you may now enjoy up to 1000 payment submissions each month.
