    Good evening.

I submitted a question before, but I'm not sure if it was answered.

I need to be able to input multiple students into one form based on the quantity condition.

In other words, being able to input the amount of students based on the quantity provided by a dropdown, or some other function that will be able to identify the number of students and the corresponding fields.

If there are two students, being able to input info for each student based on the number given, and keep their informaiton through one form. Is this possible?

    Please advise.

    Thanks.

I can understand that you want to show a certain number of fields based on the submitter's answer, for example if your submitter wants to input 2 or 3 students then will be displayed three Full Name, Email or Age fields.

This has been explained and given some guides to accomplish the same on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/860260

Here is also a widget that will help you to achieve the same, but with the difference that your user will not need to enter the number of inputs, he / she only needs to click on an "Add More" button and then a new row with the needed fields.

Here is the link to the widget, please take a look: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list

This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

Here is a guide that will help you to set up the Configurable List widget: How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

However, if you need more help, please let us know, we will be glad to help you.
