Hi
I have a problem I use jotform for a number of clients of mine, for some reason I have just noticed that if someone replies to a noreply@ email address I get the email in my personal email account which is registered to my jotform account. Can this be changed someway??
thanks in advance
Paul

I think when there is not an email address in the reply-to field it will send the email to the address associated to the account or the sender email address, this is the case, there is no reply-to email address in your email auto-responder:
Once you set an email address in the "Reply-to Email" then all emails will be sent to that address, please try setting it up and let us know if you have more questions.
