My form is no longer linked to my Google folder.

    Form submissions are no longer going to my Google Folder location.  I went to Integrations and it has the correct link to the recap spreadsheet.

    I believe that you are referring to the form titled "SPS - 2016 Callanwolde Gallery Exhibition". I see that you have integrated Google Spreadsheet and Google Drive to this JotForm. Do you mean to say that the Google Drive integration is not working and the submissions are not stored in the Google Drive folder? If so, please try removing the integration and try integrating it again to see if that works.
