Email verification code not received.

    Hi. I tried to set up a verified email for an auto response. It said that an email was sent to my email (stuart.jankelovitz@huntleighusa.com). However, I've been waiting for over an hour and no message has been received. Therefore, I couldn't enter the required verification code to complete the setup. Can you please help? Thank you.

    I checked our mail logs and it appears that the email verification was sent successfully to your email. Your email address doesn't seem to be in the bounce list so you should receive the email successfully. Can you please check your spam box to see if the email was sent there? You may also try sending another verification code to see if that one is sent correctly.

    I'm having exactly the same problem, and noticed there's a few others also. If i've previously unsubscribed from your marketing emails, would this effect my ability to receive notification emails to the same email address? If so, how do i re-subscribe for marketing emails?
