Not able to download attached file. It shows "Access Denied" error message.

    I have a form submission which allows the user to add an attachment. It has been working correctly for a few months now but the latest submission's attachment link doesn't seem to be working, when I try view/download the document it redirects to a page with the below information. 

     


    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your last received submission and I was able to download both the attached files. Here are the URLs:

    The last submission you received in your form was on 06/06. Can you please share the file URL which you are trying to download and we will take a look.

    Is this the file with which you are having issue with? It seems the file was not uploaded successfully because of intermittent connection between the browser and the website. User's intermittent internet connection at that time of the file transfer could also cause this issue. I would suggest you to please ask your user to upload this file again.

    Do get back to us with the file URL if you are trying to download some other file and we will see if that can be recovered.
