    Forms arrive in spam folder

Asked by steemansnick on June 21, 2016 at 04:36 AM

Hello, we really love the forms and we are considering to get a monthly subscription.

The only problem is that the forms we test always end up in the spam folder. Any idea why this is happening? We don't run any super virus or spam protection software, just ESET Antivirus. We use Outlook 2016.

    Thanks in advance!

    Nick

Thank you, we will look into that.
Another problem is that the design won’t update. Not even after saving, reloading, refreshing,… nothing makes it work.
    See attachment please.
