Hello, we really love the forms and we are considering to get a monthly subscription.
The only problem is that the forms we test always end up in the spam folder. Any idea why this is happening? We don't run any super virus or spam protection software, just ESET Antivirus. We use Outlook 2016.

Hello,
Unfortunately this is up to your mail provider. Please be sure that the 'sender email' of the notification email is set to "noreply@jotform.com"
In order to solve the issue permanently you can ask your mail provider admin to add these IP list to whitelist.
