My form has 3 blank submissions. This shouldn't be possible as there are some compulsory questions. Please could you investigate. My concern is that some customers may think they have placed an order, but I have no record of it.
The submission numbers are 00053, 00054, 00055.

I was able to see the problem also on your form https://www.jotformeu.com/form/61661744057357
After 00052, the next entry jumps to 00056. So there were 3 missing entry on June 17, 2016.
I have elevated this issue to our higher team support so that they can help us find out what happened to missing data.

Unfortunately, we have not received updates from our second level about the progress on this thread.
I have checked your form and submissions, I can see the issue is still there, we should wait from an update from the developer assigned.
