I've got a pretty large form with encryption and 419 submissions.
I know about all of the things I can't do: CSV, PDF, Excel etc. However, I have problems within the view submissions area.The search field at the bottom does not work properly. It will not find the records.
Also, some of the field do not unencrypt:

I understand that your form is encrypted and some of the form submissions data is not displaying decrypted after uploading the key. Is that correct?
Could you confirm that there is only one key generated for the form after enabling the form encryption and you are using the same key? You may be experiencing the issue when the correct key is not uploaded. Once the data is decrypted, you should be able to search the data from the submissions. Please try logging into an incognito/private window and check if the submissions are viewed normally for this form after uploading the key.
Also, please go through the guide below that can help you with more information on encrypted forms.

I can confirm only 1 key was ever generated and used. When uploaded, some of the fields do not unencrypt. I tried the in cognito window as well and no luck.
The search still does not find all results as well.

Thank you for the confirmation. Since the form is encrypted, we cannot check the submissions from our end. However, I'm forwarding the issue to our backend team to investigate the issue further. Meanwhile, it would be helpful if you can provide us with another screenshot that can display more submissions or a screencast of the submission screen that can help our team to identify the issue quickly.

Thank you for providing us with the screencast of the submissions that explains the issue with searching function. However, it is shown with the same submission that is having the issue as in the screenshot provided.
I see that the issue is already assigned to one of our development team members and will be looking into it. Could you confirm that if there are any other submissions are having the decrypting issue other than this submission?

We have released an update today that we think addresses the issue about some submission data not being decrypted.
