Firstly, please can you copy firstname.lastname@example.org in the reply. Essentially, we have added the drop down option "general enquiry" to the question "Which Putt In The Park venue is your enquiry about" on our "Contact Form" we've created and we've saved and published, but the form at http://www.puttinthepark.com/contact-us where it is embedded will not update to include the new drop down option.
What are we doing wrong?
I've cleared your forms cache and that seems to have fixed it. You can do the same the next time this problem will happen again.
