Hi Jotform team.
I set a simple email sign-up for
Just add your name and email.
We were getting an unrealistic number of replies.
And when we replied to confirm their sign up no a one replied.
So I took the facility off. And still the sign ups come?
Can you please tell me whats going on?

There are two guests accounts associated with your email address on the first account no forms are present however in the second guest account the form is still active, spammers/spambots may have got hold of the form url and made the submissions. Guest accounts can have up to 20 submissions right now the quota for the said form is 19. What you can do is to register for a free account using the existing email then completely disable the form.
Once you go to the JotForm page under My Forms, you should see something like this on the left side:
Just create an account and use your own email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account.
