Not possible to submit form source code embedded form

    Could you please try to use a form Embed or iFrame code instead of the form source code? It will most likely solve the form submission issue.

    The form is currently embedded with a full source code on your website widget.

    I would like to suggest trying an iFrame form code instead. Please copy/paste the iFrame form code to your website widget to see if that helps.
