Salesforce Integration: Can we use Professional Salesforce edition to integrate with Jotform?

    Hi there,

Ive seen the related posts of people mentioning how Jotform and Professional Edition Salesforce are not compatible because of the API. Is there a work around that you have come across, or is it necessary to have the other editions of Salesforce?

I tried integrating my forms to our salesforce and it was not successful. I am assuming this might possibly be the reason why? Specifically New Client Information Form

    Thank you.

**edit I see that API is enabled on my salesforce - shouldn't it work?

    Thank you for contacting us.

I think that you should be able to use our Salesforce integration if you purchased or temporarily enabled the API feature for your Salesforce Professional edition.

Salesforce: What Editions Have API Access?

Are you getting any specific error when you are trying to enable the integration?

I tried integrating my "New Client Form" and it says on Jotform's end that it was successful, however I have tested a few submissions and it does not appear in Salesforce. I specifically want it to be captured in leads, and I have created all the necessary fields (and I matched the field types - except for radio button to picklist). I tried integrating, re-integrating, cloning and integrating only the basic 3 fields... all to no avail.

In addition I thought that Jotform radio buttons would integrate to Salesforce picklists (i saw on other threads that they got it to work?)

Im wondering what else I can do to get this to work - I doubled checked in my salesforce Admin settings that the API box is enabled (it is checked).

If you have the API already enabled, the I think it should work, but I have escalated this to our developers to get a more accurate answer. You will be updated via this thread.

I got the integration to work only like 10%. I have more than 20 fields mapped from Jotform to Salesforce - and about 5 make there way through. I have tried subtracting fields but to no success. What are my options? They are mostly custom fields - but the data type align - and i previously asked if radio buttons line up to dropdowns.

I think this could be due to the fields type, you need to use the same type field in the form and your Salesforce account.

If you want to send custom fields data then you should add a custom field in your Salesforce account, here is a link about it: http://www.edlconsulting.com/creating-a-custom-field-in-salesforce-com-step-by-step/

But this has been already escalated to our second level so we will updated with news about why your data is not sending to your Salesforce account.

    Hi

We have updated our SalesForce integration which should fix the problem you were having. You will have to remove your current integration and reintegrate with SaleForce for the changes to take affect.

As my colleague mention previously, please ensure any data you send from your form is valid for your SalesForce field.

    Regards

    Paul

Hi, I'm still not able to authenticate jobform to my professional edition... Shouldn't this work for leads? (Doesn't need API access)
