We showed a decline on one attempt to upgrade then realized our card was outdated. Then we tried with the new card and it went through on our end. I got a message saying we'd been upgraded, then it changed saying there was a problem. Can you confirm that we are indeed upgraded to Bronze level of subscription?

Your account shows in Bronze status, to see the new status, simply log out and login back again. Then click on the human shape icon at the top and you should see it.
