Why am I still NOT receiving e-mail copies of my submissions?

    I received this from you 6/1/16 however the problem has NOT been corrected:

    Unfortunately, your email address ended up in our bounce list.

    We have now removed mentioned email address from the bounce list, so that the email delivery attempts should be restored.

    I am paying for a service that I am NOT getting and I am very unhappy.  I need this corrected.  My number is (864) 630-1883.   Your customer service stinks for someone like me who is not computer savvy.

    The email address is not longer in bounce list, have you checked your spam folder? I noticed that the notification is not properly setup, the sender name is missing, so please assign to it a field of your form where the user inputs his name:

    You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:
