We did not receive the email with an order from the order form

    i went back into the submissions and i see it there, 1:15 pm, but it is 310 and it did not send it.

    we've never had a problem

    I have checked your email address in our bounce list and it is not listed there. Also, as I check the email history log, I see that the emails are being sent from our end without any issue. You may also check the email history from your account by following the guide below:
