My form is not responsive on iphone6

    i have read all the solutions but i can't still find how i can make this responsive on iphone6 pls

    I checked and test the form https://form.jotform.com/61547552039256 and it is mobile responsive.

    Since the form was already using mobile responsive widget it will defiinetly become responsive on mobile browsers.
