How to have the end-user receive the submission data of the form PDF report

I am trying to create a form that my team can use when they go on property appointments.

We are a home staging company, and prior to a client listing their home, we go out to the property to do what we call a property preview. During this preview, we type up a list of recommendations for items to be completed prior to the day that we move furniture into the home.

My ideal scenario is that my employees have a template to use on-site, and they enter in the recommendations, and then hit "send" at the end of the appointment. I would like for the client (end user) to receive a PDF of this form / image based survey / report, that includes all of the questions, statements, images, logos, etc.

It is a bit difficult to explain. I would like to speak with someone if possible to work out the details.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi Kristin,

You can easily achieve this by attaching the submission PDF data report to the Autoresponder E-mail. The end-user will be able to receive the PDF document of the survey form.

    User guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Make sure that PDF attachment is set to ON in the auto email.

You can also test submit my demo form https://form.jotform.com/61727698349978 .

Make sure you provided your own email address so that you can receive the auto email with attached PDF.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
