Hi, I'm experiencing the server being slow and crashing while I'm trying to build a form. Is this what I can expect if I purchase a full membership or is it just a one-time thing?

We did have slow down issue earlier in the day due to network congestion. But it had been rectified immediately and services were back to normal since.
Can you please confirm if you are still having issue at this time?
No other users were reporting similar issue at this time, so it might be an isolated case for you. I checked also your account/username DCD and its Active and available at this time.
An option you can also try on your side is to restart your browser. Try the relogin process. Close/open your browser and then login to jotform at https://www.jotform.com/login
Observe if issue still happens for you at this time.

I'm glad it's not normal because I had the problem all day long and could not build the form I was trying to complete. I did restart everything and still got the server may be down or high traffic message.
I like the system and am considering replacing the one I use now...it's about twice the price. In order to replace it, I must be able to rely on Jot.
