Why can't we open pdf docs in submissions?

    Jotform,

    Please assist ASAP.

    The docs below will not open for review.

    Stocks Digital Express Marketing Material Review Form- SM8ASXANN220616 PDF (9.39AM)     NSCRMXEDMREVC Word  (10.13AM)

    We are not able to open these documents for review.

    Can you explain why this is??
