Condition not responding correctly.

    I want Line 44 to only appear to the user if Line 43 has been set to "selling".  I've set Line 44 to hidden, but for some reason before I even set the condition for this to happen, Line 44 is showing.  I've a few work arounds but no success.  Can someone please assist?

    I assume the Line 44 is the "EMD Delivery Coordinated to Title Company/Escrow Account" field? I checked your form and the conditions seem to be working fine. When I set the "Selling Agent or Listing Agent?" field to "Selling", the "EMD Delivery..." field appears, but when I set the field to "Listing", the "EMD Delivery..." field will not appear.
