Getting error when uploading file on embedded form.Asked by elfel on June 21, 2016 at 11:09 PM
In trying to set up a form to Upload files to DropBox I have integrated dropbox and successfully authenticated with the account. I can upload a file when I use the link: https://form.jotform.co/61728196391868
However when I try to upload a file to my site I just get a red "Failed" notice (see screen grab) http://www.grow.co.nz/jottest/
I have actually had more than one attempt. The same happens here: http://www.adlprint.co.nz/form-test/
I read somewhere in the help section that with a free account the Max Upload file size needs to be below 100Mb so I have reduced it to 30Mb. It is still not happy with me.
I feel like I am really close but somehow just missing some small detail. Can you help please?

I tried uploading a file on your webpage and I was able to replicate the issue.
However, when I tried the same file using the direct link, I was able to upload the file successfully.
I see that you are currently using oembed to embed the form to your page. Can you please try using the iFrame code instead? Here's how: Getting the form iFrame code. If the issue still persists, please let us know. Regards.
