Can I create a PDF form which accepts attachments?

I want a fillable PDF form, in which users can upload various attachments.

Unfortunately it is not possible to create a fillable pdf form which accepts attachments. The File Upload field is hidden at this time on the PDF files since it is not possible to transfer file attachments to our servers via a PDF. You will need to use a web form if you want your users to upload various attachments.
