    Conditions have dissapeared

    Dear JotForm,

     

    I had set up a long list of conditions on my form, in order to hide fields that were irrelevant when you answer yes or no to certain questions.

     

    They have almost all disappeared!  

     

    I am now re-adding them, but the form is not responding to them even after saving.  Can you help?

    Hi Jessica,

    You have 22 conditions in your form as of checking. Is this the correct number of submissions? This is what is shown in your form as of the moment.

    I can also save the form here.

    I am not sure why all the conditions were removed, I didn't remove them myself.  I've spent all morning re-creating them.  They are sort of working - I need to  test over and over again and sometimes recreate a rule again.  Is there a problem with conditions at the moment?

    No, we do not have any problem with conditions right now. However, we have issues with forms not saving the changes recently but it is now resolved.

    If you come across into this problem again, make sure to let us know so we can check and inspect your form.
