Cannot access the JotForm Support Forum if i use a VPN connection

I regularly have to use a VPN connection, I have now noticed that when my VPN is activated the response times from the Jot Form Support pages is extremely slow and in a lot of cases there is no response at all.

So using your system now i have to switch on and off my VPN.

Not a great user experience...why is this please?

Are you able to correctly access your Jotform account and edit your forms normally?
Does your VPN use a shared IP or a dedicated IP?

Also are you having troubles accessing the contact page, or specific threads?

Please try starting a fresh session before accessing the contact page:

We'll wait for more details to continue.

    Hello,

The problem appears to impact the Forum more noticeably that when i was editing forms.

I have a fixed IP from my service provider to the VPN, after that i have not checked.

Over the last 2 -4 days i have reinitialise many times, trying different browsers on different machines, I am writing this response on a totally different machine that i normally use, and it has no VPN connection.

    Thx

    Hello John,

I connect form Philippines and I am having connectivity issues with the support forum last night. It was very slow for me until this morning. I have informed our technical team right after that and they fixed the problem. May we know if you are still having such issue on your end when using VPN?

If the problem still persists, can you please check if this one loads fine https://www.jotform.com?noCDN=true, this basically loads the page without using CDN.

    We'll await your updates.

I tried loading that page on my "VPN" system and it was a normal load speed, which was a big improvement

    Thx

    Glad it somehow helps.

May we also know if removing the CDN on the URL works fine now? Perhaps clearing your browser's cache might also help.

    Thank you!

Did you try PureVPN? they are running a offer "Buy 1 year of PureVPN and get next year completely FREE!", in which we save $180
