Form doesn't show saved changes in form builderAsked by SCBakker on June 22, 2016 at 05:51 AM
Dear Support team,
I have a problem with my forms, and I cannot solve it, it seems.
Here's the form: https://form.jotformeu.com/61616291537357
It contains a lot of hidden items, and conditions to show them, but this shouldn't be a problem, I think- everything worked fine until this morning.
At the moment, I can make changes in the form builder, but they don't seem to translate to the form that is shown in pre- or real view. For instance, there's stil VERDER/TERUG (NEXT/BACK) buttons after the header and first text, but I deleted them in the form builder. I tried cloning the form, but this new form removes the old leftovers, but also doesn't accept new changes. Opening in Chrome instead of Safari doesn't help either. Furthermore, when I open the cloned forms I get a message that the form has been deleted by the owner, while I can still see them in the form builder.
It seems something buggy is going on- could you please help me or provide a temporary workaround? I need to finish the form this week...
