I am not quite sure what you mean by "saving documents" but there is currently no issue submitting forms with JotForm now. Our service is performing as expected and no downtime. To check the status of JotForm, please see http://jotformstatus.com/.

Sorry, I think I was unclear in my description. Whenever I make an edit to this form: https://form.jotform.com/61674957040157
and click the save button (disk icon in top right hand corner), it changes to the spinning wheel and says it's working in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. This happens for a long time until I eventually leave the form without actually saving the changes. Other forms seem to be saving properly. So, I'm guessing there's something wrong with this form specifically?

Thanks for providing more details.
I think the problem is caused by a short downtime with our server recently. It was even slow on my end during that time. However, everything should be working normally now.
I also tested your form by saving it here and it was saved after a few seconds. The form is a bit long so it would normally take a few seconds for the form to get saved. Would you please try it again this time?
