Survey Form: Will questions be the same every time people fill the fom?

    Hello,

I have recently created a simple survey form to rate customer satisfaction over a period of two months.

    I have three questions.

    1) The nature of the survey use is longitudinal. We will be asking the same people every week the same questions. Will we be able to track their responses and potentially export this data?

    2) We will be using this survey offline. Ideally the form will be stored on a phone App for our representatives to take with them to interview customers. The collected data will then be uploaded once the representative has a WiFi connection. Is this possible?

    3) I have downloaded the Android app but I cannot see the saved form. There is simply 'Submissions' and 'New submissions', both are blank. I have tried syncing but without change. How can I fix this issue?

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, questions will be the same each time your users open the form, regarding to track your answers I think this will be possible with reports, you will have a detailed info about received answers and display them as charts.

Here is a guide about reports: How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

And here is a guide about the Visual Report, I think this will be helpful for you: How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions

Your other questions have been moved to separated threads, they can be found on the next links:
