I am using jot form number 61602378292962, however, once I get past the first few boxes to complete and the form "opens up" following completion of some essential fields. The form then slows down massively, I could type a standard sentence and it will take minutes before what I have typed appears on the form.
I have spoken to my IT dept here who has advised me to contact yourselves directly as this looks to be an external error.

I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. Your form seems to work as expected and I did not encounter any slow behaviour. Please check the screenshot below:
Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

Please can you re-test. I have had one report where It was ok and the rest are super slow. Can I attach a video?
The form is not embedded anywhere?

We appear to experience the issue in all browsers Except Chrome which seems to funtion at a acceptable speed....

I just checked your form https://form.jotform.com/61602378292962 again and it is loading normally in my end. Here's a screencast:
Me and my colleague are located in different timezones, which means we use different internet providers. The form is loading normally in our end, which suggests that there's no problem on the form or in JotForm. It is highly probable that it is related to your internet connection, if you are connected on one network like an office, then there's a possibility that you are having internet connection issues. Or your network has a strict firewall or security that blocks some of the form's resources, causing it to slow down.
You can check the actual status of JotForm in this link: http://jotformstatus.com/. As show, we have not experienced any downtime from our servers. I would suggest that you try connecting to a different network, one that is not related to your company/office, like a mobile data or a home network, try testing the form there, if it works normally, then the problem is specific to your company/office's network connection.
