Update Form Not Working

I've made changes to my form but they aren't updating on my website. I even deleted a section (scrollable terms) here on the form but it is still showing on my website despite the times I tried to re-copy the embed code into my site. The updates were working up until I added a web app (scrollable forms) from jot form into my form. What can be done about this?

Hi, our team was alerted about some latency with the servers a while ago and the good news is it has been rectified now. I have cleared your form cache as an added precaution so if you're still facing the same issue, save your form, logout of your account, then log back in.
