Why my form is showing as deleted?

I just spent hours (!!) writing a form and suddenly there was an "oops" message and the entire content was deleted!

The form is now empty!

I need you to fix this bug ASAP and reinstate the content.

However, I have just checked your form and I can see it is working now, it is showing in preview mode as well as loading the direct link to it, seems like it was a temporary glitch.
