Is it possible to use JotForm offline in a mobile app?

2) We will be using this survey offline. Ideally the form will be stored on a phone App for our representatives to take with them to interview customers. The collected data will then be uploaded once the representative has a WiFi connection. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, this will not be possible, forms need internet connection to work properly, although you can download your forms and embed it into an offline app / website, you will not be able to submit it. 

It needs to get all the resources to work properly, something that is not possible to do offline, so it is a must to have an internet connection to get your forms working fine.
