Android App: Why forms are not appearing in the mobile app?

    3) I have downloaded the Android app but I cannot see the saved form. There is simply 'Submissions' and 'New submissions', both are blank. I have tried syncing but without change. How can I fix this issue?

    Could you please share us some images about what you're seeing on your end? 

    Please try also uninstalling the app and installing it again, this may sync properly your data, if not, please let us know, we will be glad to report it to our second level.
