Of all the email addresses you're using in your forms only one of them is currently in our bounce list, here is the email as well as the reason:
s****s@c**u.g*v.br - Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Connection timed out>
I have removed it and you should receive emails in that address now, I would also suggest you to follow the steps on this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

If the issue still persists, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, but do note that this will work if you're using our default sender email addresses only, here is the link with our info to white-list: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
