all jotform emails attached to this account are not being sent to either the submission party nor to the person who is supposed to be receiving the confirmation email. We have been having a lot of issues with your service lately - I am at the point were I am looking into alternatives if we continue to have issues. Please fix ASAP and send me a confirmation email letting me know when you have sorted this out.

I have checked each recipient email in all your forms and only one was found in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has been white-listed now. Please check your spam folders for the others recipients. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender:
It seems that whatever you did while in there worked as I am now receiving the email submission emails again. I will be sure to reach out directly if this error occurs again.
