Why is JotForm (Subject) and Notifier 1(From) showing we when we receive completed orders?

Why is JotForm (Subject) and Notifier 1(From) showing up when we receive completed orders? Usually we see the persons full name and Notifier 1. Please see photo below. This is from an Outlook email client.

When reviewing the email settings, I noticed that you have NOTIFIER 1 in the subject. If you wish to have it indicate the fillename, you have modify it by replacing it with {fullName1}
