Hello, We've had JotForm running for about one year now. In the last few months I have stopped receiving notifications when someone submits a form. I just tested to see if I would receive a confirmation email after submitting a form and I didn't receive one.
Please tell me what I am doing wrong.
Problem solved by changing my profile account email address. Now the test forward works.
I checked our email logs for the addresses in your form and they have indeed been failing. It looks like a couple of your address were rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your addresses being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your addresses from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again. For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
