Dear developers, I have 6 online forms and would like to assign participants to forms in serial order

 participant 1 to Form 1, participant 2 to Form 2, participant 3 to form 3...

Participant 7 to form 1 participant 8 to form 2, etc.

Can I create a list for balancing the participants?

I do not believe it would be possible to redirect users to a different form based on which form was recently filled out.  There is no way to tell from the other forms which form was recently filled out.  Even it that was possible, you would also run in to the problem of multiple users being redirected to the same form at the same time as well as several other issues with timing.
