Do my clients need an app on their phone in order to fill out a jot form link?

    All of my clients are having trouble for the past few months with the jot form links.  When they fill out the form and hit the submit button to take them to Paypal for the payment the screen turns white and freezes up.  This did not happen for the first few months that I used jot form and then started to arise.   I have contacted Paypal 3 times over the last few months and they have tried to resolve the issue.   They are not seeing a problem and are wondering why this happens?  Could a bad internet connection cause this?  What about the many clients who use their cell phones to fill out the forms--do they need to get the "Jotform App" in order to fill out the link?  Help---my clients are very frustrated and so am I.

    They don't need to download any app. Our forms are optimized form mobile views. Could you please share the links of the forms you are having problem with? Also, if the forms are embedded in a webpage, please share the URLs of the webpages, so we can test further.
