I am looking for a way to create an online ordering form without taking the payment. Is this something that can be done with Jot Form?

Jotform enables users to create all types of forms. You can certainly create ordering forms. If you are looking to create a form that does not require a payment, you can use the PURCHASE ORDER gateway.

I am trying to create an online shopping cart that a person can select an item and add it to the cart. But there is no payment being made – just the order will be passed through.

Since you do not require users to actual pay for the items,this will let users select items and show them the total cost of the items.
