I accidentally closed my browser window and can't figure out how to continue editing the form I was creating

    This was the previews. How do I get it to come back up to continue editing and finishing it?

    All your forms are always shown in: My Forms.

    The forms are autosaved, so you should see everything you have in the form.

    Hope this helps, if it doesn't, just post it.

    The form in question is named 'Northpark Mall 1st Annual Art Fair Artist Application'. Please check it under your forms.
