I have a form that I created where people can order tickets and choose to pay for them ONLINE using PayPal OR pay OFFLINE by sending a check. When they choose the ONLINE payment everything works as intended.
However, when they choose the OFFLINE payment option (check/cash/etc.) the entry is duplicated. After they click "Submit" a SECOND entry is created under submissions 3 seconds after the first one AND a second set of confirmation emails is sent out. As I mentioned above, this does NOT happen when they choose to pay using the online option.
This is the second form I've created that does this. Not surprising, though, since I used the first form as a template to create this one. I probably duplicated the error as well. Anyway, please help. Thanks.Page URL:

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. I have then cloned your form and I was able to replicate same issue on my cloned form as well. I did some tests by I am not sure what is causing this issue. I have also added captcha field to my form, but that did not helped.
I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

It's been a week since I posted my question. Has there been any progress?

Unfortunately this issue is still not resolved. One of our developers is assigned to this thread and status of this ticket is set to important. Once we have any update we will inform you via this thread.
I have also done some additional testings on my cloned form and it seems that this issue is related to conditions inside of your form. However I am not sure which condition is causing mentioned issue. Only if I disable all conditions form will not be submitted twice.

Interesting... OK. Let me know when we have a solution. Thanks!

Can you please test my cloned form and see if it is working properly?
On my testings form was not submitted twice. However I am not sure if all conditions are set properly.
On my cloned form I have removed almost all form collapse fields and I have set conditions for form fields not for form collapse.
You can also clone it to check changes that I made.

Hi there. I tested the form you cloned. The conditions you set up left out just a couple details so I cloned it myself again (https://form.jotform.com/61815269509968) and updated the conditions. I then tested the form to see if it was creating duplicate submissions and it seems to work now.I can use the new cloned form for my event -- although, I already have two legitimate submissions that have to be transferred over to the form so they are all in one place. Is there a simple way to do this? I don't really want the people who made the original submissions to receive yet ANOTHER confirmation email, which may confuse them, but I DO want to have a working form live ASAP. Thanks!
