    Why is it that while I have a file upload button on my form, the files that folks are uploading are not attaching????

    Is there some reason the files folks are uploading onto my form are not coming through???  Please help ASAP!!

    I have already checked your submissions, you have a total of 47 uploads , but I have noticed they come not only in .rtf  extension, I saw several others such as .txt


    Also, I'm not sure, but I notice that on the extension field, your form is set to RTF , I changed my cloned form to  rtf (lower cases) , so I would suggest you to do same with your form
