JotForm site is crashing with #5xx errors

Hi, I really want to use your service and am trying to learn how to build forms here. So far I like it and am thinking it might serve me better than formstack. 

For the last 2 days I've been having problems with the server crashing. I've included a screen shot. At the same time I couldn't save my work, the customer page was also down. I can't have that happen. 

Please give me some reassurance. 

We're sorry for the issues you are experiencing, John. We have been experiencing some issues over the last few days, but they seem to have been regional and mostly caused by our CDN (Content Delivery Network).

Our maintenance team is alerted whenever that happens, and the issue is usually resolved very quickly. To bypass the CDN when the site is not working for you, please try accessing our site by appending noCDN=true URL parameter to the URL of our website.

For example, you would access our homepage over the following link:

https://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true

Or you would open the Form Builder with the last form you've been editing over the following link:

https://www.jotform.com//?formID=session&noCDN=true
