Do I need to publish again when I make changes to form

Most of the time it is beneficial to re-publish the modified form so that the changes and updated version will be sure to reflect in the website where the form was publish.

If you are only using the form URL, there is no need to provide the link/URL of the form anymore to the end-user.

Though the default embed code doesn't require to be republish anymore since changes/updates  will also take effect immediately on the published form.
