    Phishing inquiry, my form is disabled.

    Hi team,

    Great job on the webforms.

    Unfortunately, i just noticed that my account is suspended for phishing. It's good to have mechanisms in place to avoid the bad guys to get info from innocent people and I will strive to assist you!

    This is what Im trying to accomplish:

    I've created a form on our https website where our client can pay their invoice. This form is linked to our Stripe account and it worked like a charm. What are we doing illegal or potentially dangerous?

    I look forward to your help so we can get the form online again asap.

    Your account (EzraforIsrael) is currently active. I was able to open your forms. Please check our Terms of Use to avoid being suspended. As of right now, I can see that your account is good.

    Thank you.

    I've just tried again and even cleared my cookies and browser history....my account is still autosuspended. 

    Also, the forms are not published on the website.

    How can we get this to work again?

    Just noticed that you are looking at the wrong account. This company is using the koosvis account.

    I have checked your account named koosvis and it is also currently active. The account doesn't seem to be autosuspended, as I am able to view the forms successfully. You should be able to use your forms without any issues. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
