I did a stupid thing...
I deleted a field instead of hiding it. The good new is that I have all the information in hard copy. I re-populated the spreadsheet on the attached google doc but jotform clears the cells when it updates. How can I repopulate those cells w/o jotform deleting them again?Page URL:

You can use the Revision history tool also to revert your form to the specific saved point you want to restore.

If you were using Google spreadsheet integration, you will need to remove the integration first and re-integrate again. This way the submissions will be transferred again to the google docs spreadsheet.
