When someone goes on line to fill out the form, after they submit it, where does the information go? Will it be forwarded to my email or other?

When the form is submitted, the form information will be stored within your JotForm account so that you can view the data later by logging into your account. If you setup a notification on your JotForm, the information will be sent to the recipient email address set in the notification.
