I am trying to get the white area at the bottom of my embeded form to go away

This way of CS is very frustrating.

I have a form with a colored background embeded on another page.  It has a strip of white at the bottom.  I am trying to get rid of that white area.

I really wish you could show me what coding to add to CSS and where to put that.
