We would like to process incomplete payments so we can print out the PDF. Unfortunately, when you do that, the customer receives an email saying their submission has been received, and may even include the amount that should have been paid if it had gone thru paypal completely.
This is causing confusion for our customers, and potential problems with them producing an email saying their registration was received, when it has NOT been paid for, only processed thru Jot Form.
I have attached a screenshot of the email that was received after doing a "dummy" complete submission of an incomplete. If I were a real customer, I would think I paid!

You can try enabling email notification for incomplete submissions by following this guide. Then, you will receive incomplete submissions that you can print.
